Opportunity:
This is a contractor position, available on both a part-time and full-time basis, ideal for individuals skilled in a variety of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial settings.
• Perform plumbing repairs, basic electrical work, and carpentry tasks.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, explaining processes and effectively communicating timelines and costs.
• Manage job orders and documentation with attention to detail and accuracy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, or general maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills, positive attitude, and excellent communication capabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle (with some gas assistance provided by the company).
• A high school diploma or equivalent; professional certifications in plumbing, electrical work, or carpentry are a plus.
