What You’ll Do:

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of appliances, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service, explaining repair processes and costs effectively.
• Manage service orders and documentation using advanced tools provided by the company.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
• Preferred 2+ years in appliance repair.
• Valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle (required). Our company provides some gas assistance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications like a Type 1 refrigerant license are beneficial.
